I have a total sweet spot for the music of my childhood. From Britney to Backstreet Boys to Lit and The Gin Blossoms – I can’t get enough. Even songs I hated at the time sound sweeter to me now, Blind Melon’s No Rain comes to mind as a tune I used to loathe and now don’t.

But Black Hole Sun is one song from the 90’s that elicits no nostalgia in me. I learned this yesterday as I was cruising around L.A. and it came on KRock. “Yup. Still hate it” I said to myself and quickly turned the station. 

But black florals? That’s a different story. This is one Fall trend that I’ve fallen head over heels for.
