Monday was busy. I started the day at 8am with a reformer class at Circuit Pilates. I work out in the morning days when I’m slammed because I love the energy it gives me and I like starting the day by doing something good for myself. After that I headed to the Oaks Gourmet for coffee and a bagel and also emailed my post on Alexa Chung’s AG party to my editor at Los Angeles Magazine. Then I dashed to Zara – I needed something to wear to our quarterly Style Collective dinner that evening in Beverly Hills. I found this sweet little mod dress for Spring and paired it with a black cashmere turtleneck – the forecast called for rain (I am soooooo happy that we’re having a rainy winter here in Los Angeles. I know it’s nothing compared to what my peeps are feeling back east but I think I speak for all of L.A. when I say that we’re very grateful for the hydration)
Then it was off to acting class at BGB Studio, then two auditions followed by the aforementioned dinner. By the time I got home all I wanted to do was catch up on Girls. I really love watching shows written by people my own age because the cultural references alone are enough to keep me interested. It would be a dream job to do an arc on that show.
xx
