I’m an over-sharer by nature. Obviously, I have a blog. I share photos of myself and where to buy literally the clothes off my back. Sometimes I think this is strange and I wish I was a more tight lipped young lady. I wish I had more secrets. I really can’t keep any. Like if I murdered someone let’s just say the valet might hear about it. But I’m not the only one who loves to share. The new Taylor Swift album is full of love/loss stories from Taylor’s life and I really admire how homegirl is letting it all hang out. Who cares that she’s dated a ton of dudes for a few weeks at a time? If she was a guy I believe we’d all call her a player which everyone knows is a secret compliment.

I also love that in her new Blank Space video she’s all “yes I’m jealous and I can switch on a dime!” Not saying I relate or anything. I relate.

Now that I’m a grown-up there are tons of women in media to admire. Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Emma Stone,  Jill Solloway and Gillian Flynn are all killing it. It’s totally trending to be a multi-faceted woman with a point of view who also likes lipstick and leather jackets. It’s suddenly cool to be a flawed woman and to talk about it openly. This is really awesome and I can’t wait for the trend to get even bigger and explode like skinny jeans and Kombucha.

I’m realizing that this post has nothing to do with this outfit. Except maybe you thought it was cute? I definitely think this outfit is cute, and easy and highly wearable.
