I find a good jacket to be so romantic and they are absolutely one of my favorite things to buy. Jackets remind me of the first semester back at school – you’re out with your friends on a Friday night, there’s a nip in the air, a boy you like, and the drinks are flowing. You pull up your collar as you step out of the bar and onto the cool city streets – everything feels new and exciting and safe somehow.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have gone to college in New York City. There was no question in my mind it would be my first stop after leaving home and every time the weather turns cool I’m transported back to the East Village.  There’s not nearly enough time to tell all the stories but maybe I’ll start collecting them somewhere for someone.
