Do you guys know what a “meet cute” is? It’s a term I first learned from my sister, a comedy writer, and it’s used to describe a situation in film or television in which a future romantic couple meets for the first time in a way that is considered adorable, amusing, or entertaining. Don’t you just love that? I don’t think I’ve filmed a “meet cute” yet but I’m looking forward to when I do. I have a suspicion these scenes usually take place after a yoga class or during a visit to the dog park but maybe I’ll be in with the costume designer and they’ll want to put me in an equally cute dress like this sweet little floral one.
