Well it’s my favorite time of year again and daily work-outs have quickly been replaced with egg nog, old fashioned’s and appetizers. As I get older I’ve started to realize that the holidays really are something to celebrate. Mainly because we’ve been working our butts off all year long so if we want to spend Thanksgiving to New Year’s drinking, eating and shopping we freakin’ deserve to!

It was wonderfully brisk in Los Angeles this weekend and so my new Lovers and Friends cape barely left my body. I had no idea I needed a cape so badly but suddenly can’t imagine life without it. I guess that’s what falling in love always feels like.
