It’s love day guys – I’ve already gotten a gift and a donut so things are off to a great start.  Make sure to love everyone you see today not just boyfriends and husbands but friends, moms, dads, co-workers and bosses. One of my favorite spiritual gurus Gabrielle Bernstein says “start to see your lovers as friends and make your friendships more romantic.” I think this is awesome advice.

Happy Valentine’s Day and if you truly have no one to love go sit your butt in an infrared sauna, get a massage or take yourself to the movies and spend some time loving yo’self!
