I like wearing shorts… like really, really like wearing shorts. It has to be one of the reasons that I decided to put roots down in Los Angeles. You may have noticed on my Instagram that the weather here is very short friendly pretty much all year round. But cut-offs and Vans are unfortunately not appropriate for all occasions. Neither is living in Paris and forever being a professional champagne drinker. Another lesson I learned along this road called life.

I still break out my professional champagne drinker hat on special occasions and when I have a meeting in H-Wood I wear fancy shorts and floral heels. I like that these Swell shorts have the contrast piping and that so fancy running short vibe. Compromise.
