As I mentioned in the last post one of my favorite things to do in Baltimore is eat and I def got my grub on last weekend. Here’s where
Blue Grass Tavern – Yum-mers. We went here to celebrate Champ’s birthday. Deviled eggs, charcuterie, crawfish hush puppies and a totally fantastic dry aged burger. Will definitely be coming back.
Shoo-Fly Diner one of the best bfast’s I’ve ever had. Owned by the same peeps as the Woodberry Kitchen. Everything is made fresh in house. Their biscuits and grape jam were insane!
Captain James Seafood Palace – You really shouldn’t visit Baltimore without getting down on some steamed crabs. This is where the rehearsal dinner was in Canton on the water. The main dining room across the street is shaped like an actual ship. Too good.
Amiccis of Little Italy One word: Pane’Rotundo – or is that two words? Can’t really tell but I can tell you that this appetizer is in the Clotheshorse NYC hall of fame as top 10 appetizer’s of all time. Official list to come at a later date. A round loaf of Italian bread, brushed with garlic butter then toasted then topped off with shrimp scampi sauce. Good lord! Writing that makes me want to buy another ticket home.
Atwater’s in Belvedere Square – Yummy soups and sammies inside this awesome market which sells delectable local items including Kombucha and Kimchi.
Amazingly I don’t feel fatter than when I left. Leave a comment below if you are visiting Baltimore and have questions.
