Heart Socks + Slides |
I’ve always loved a homemade Valentine and have fond memories of assembling them in Annie’s NYU dorm room. With the big day just around the corner I asked my crafty intern Charlotte to put together a post for making V-day cards at home for all the good faces in your life.
Happy Loving!

“It’s about that time of year that I pull out my bag of supplies, take a trip to the local craft store (Paper Source is one of my absolute favorites), and make Valentines for my closest friends, family and if I happen to have one at the time, my significant other. I’ve always loved arts and crafts so holiday card making is definitely something I look forward to.
Since I recently received a gift card to Paper Source, I have purchased a decent amount of my crafts from there. The store’s large selection includes the cutest collection of stamps, stickers, Valentine kits, and more fun crafting tools and art supplies. A less expensive alternative would be Michaels craft store, another art supply store that I have spent more time than I would like to admit in! Target of course has plenty of art supplies to choose from as well.

Personalized Valentine tags are a simple and thoughtful way to show your love on Valentine’s Day! Add some twine or ribbon and attach a sweet treat, or simply give the tag itself.

Valentine’s Day is definitely not all about having a significant other (while a nice bonus) but about showing love whether that be to your friends, family, or even yourself (P2P…permission to pamper!)
Whatever you decide to do with your Valentine’s Day, be sure to enjoy it! Spread the love!”
