I love Asia De Cuba and have so many memories there. The NYC location was the first place I had dinner with my college BFF’s parents. The one in L.A. is the first place I stayed with my husband on a work trip back when he was a photo assistant.
Funny story, another, more seasoned photo assistant told us that on “work trips” you can rack up as much of a tab as you want in the hotel restaurant and just charge it to the room – no questions. Um, not a good idea… several glasses of champagne and one massive dinner later and the new boss was pretty pissed. What can I say? Once I pop (champagne) I can’t stop. Live and learn and thanks for the memories Asia De Cuba!
