Crazy how normal that sounds.

I get asked all the time “So how are you liking L.A.??” And all I can say is ” I like it…a lot.”
So many New Yorkers hate Los Angeles or at least have real issues with it. I don’t totally get that but enough about East Coast vs. West. It’s a battle that can never be won (in my heart) Both adversaries are too powerful!
Let’s talk about the great state of Texas.

Mark and I had the pleasure of staying at the Thunderbird on our way through Marfa and we just loved it. The rooms are minimal in the best way; I’ve been inspired to fashion a future guest room after them. The Malin + Goetz products in the bathroom were divine. The Capri lounge where you could listen to Willie Nelson records while eating a lite breakfast and the beach cruiser bikes available for rent at the front desk ( Marfa is best seen by bike!)
