Yesterday I felt like being a bum, staying in bed all day with the covers pulled up over my head. I couldn’t totally bum-out-too much work- but I indulged myself by forgoing hair, make-up and put off showering till 8pm. A mackababy’s gotta do what a mackababy’s gotta do. I also took a long lunch with my husband at our favorite spot and a siesta. I think that somedays you need to baby yourself – stay in your sweatpants till noon and not care.

Enjoying the sunset everynight with a glass of wine, catching fireflies in a jar, grass between your toes and feeling a million miles away from smog town USA.
